  • Run 1:1 interventions and after-school sports clubs
  • Support students with behavioural or emotional challenges through structured physical activity
  • Use positive behaviour strategies to encourage focus, self-regulation, and teamwork
  • Work closely with teachers, SENCO, and pastoral teams
  • Build strong, supportive relationships with pupils

Who This Role Is Perfect For

  • Sports Science, PE, Coaching, or Psychology students
  • Graduates exploring careers in teaching, coaching, or youth development
  • Anyone needing placement hours or practical experience

What We’re Looking For

  • A background (or strong interest) in sport, fitness, or coaching
  • Confidence leading or supporting physical activities
  • A genuine passion for helping young people succeed
  • Strong communication skills and a calm, patient approach
  • Interest or experience in behaviour support, SEMH, or SEND

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Team Teach or Thrive training (or willingness to train – we’ll support you!)
  • First Aid qualification
  • Experience in coaching, youth work, or school settings

Why Apply?

  • Gain hands-on school experience (great for your CV!)
  • Build skills in behaviour management and student support
  • Flexible work options to fit around your studies
