Location: Maidenhead, Berkshire, SL6
Contract Type: Permanent
Contract Term: Full-Time
Salary: Monthly NHS Fringe – Competitive salary offered for experienced and exceptional candidates
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Work in close partnership with lead professionals, stakeholders, and the wider community to enhance access to learning and create enabling environments that support the diverse needs of children and young people with autism.

• Support and extend communication opportunities for all pupils, ensuring every pupil has a voice to advocate for themselves in all areas of life.

• Focus on helping pupils become independent and successfully transition between developmental stages.

• Collaborate with lead professionals and families to promote inclusive learning experiences.

• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with pupils, staff, and families.

 

What we are looking for:

  • A candidate with a relevant qualifications and training relating directly to Speech and Language Therapy

• A good (with the desire to be outstanding) or outstanding practitioner.

• Someone who is ambitious, driven, and enthusiastic, with a clear vision for achieving educational excellence for children with autism.

• An individual who is approachable, creative, pragmatic, and solution-focused.

• A team player who is eager to contribute to the development of our growing school.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
