Support Worker - Specializing in Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) - Birmingham

An exceptional school in Birmingham is currently seeking a support worker to join their dedicated team. The school provides comprehensive support to students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs. Ideally, we are searching for a candidate with prior experience working with SEMH, even if it was not within an educational setting. As a support worker at the school, you will collaborate with individuals and small groups of children ranging from 5 to 16 years old. Learning is tailored to meet the unique needs of each student, utilizing a holistic curriculum that focuses on developing social and emotional skills. We are looking for someone who possesses a calm and compassionate demeanor, with a child-centered approach to learning.
