On behalf of a Multi Academy Trust located in the Chesterfield area, Teaching Personnel are recruiting for a passionate, experienced SEN specialist Teaching Assistant. The successful candidate will be a positive role model with the ability to engage and inspire young learners to reach their highest potential. You will have a good understanding of, or experience in supporting students with ASD. 

This full time, permanent position is a fantastic opportunity for anybody looking to enhance their career, with progression and CPD opportunities available. The academy has an existing team of supportive and friendly staff looking to welcome a new member to their successful team. 

 

We require:

  • A passionate Teaching Assistant with the ability to motivate and engage students 
  • The ability to plan and deliver specific, tailored intervention to bridge gaps in learning
  • A calm and nurturing Teaching Assistant with good behaviour management
