About the Role
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistants to join our growing talent pool, supporting a range of primary and secondary schools across Battle and St Leonards. What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting pupils with a range of SEND, including autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties

Working 1:1 or in small groups to help students access the curriculum

Assisting teachers in creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment

Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing

Adapting learning materials to meet individual needs
What We’re Looking For
-
Experience working with children or young people with SEND (preferred but not essential)
- A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for education and inclusion
- Relevant qualifications (e.g. CACHE Level 2/3, or equivalent) are desirable

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
