Job Details:

• Start Date: January 2026 (Sooner if possible)
• Contract Type: Full-Time, Temporary to Permanent
• Hours: 8:30 am – 3:30 pm (Monday to Friday)
• Pay: £90 - £100 per day (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Support students in the classroom to help them access the curriculum
• Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with SEN
• Assist with the development and implementation of individualized learning plans
• Help manage classroom behaviour and provide emotional support
• Foster a positive and nurturing environment to promote student engagement and progress

What We’re Looking For:

• Passion for supporting students with special educational needs
• Experience in education or care (preferred but not essential)
• Strong communication skills, patience, and resilience
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• A proactive approach to supporting students’ development
