SEND Teaching Assistant | Dawlish, Devon

Teaching Personnel’s partner school in Dawlish is looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with Autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs.

Job Details:

Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Full-Time, Temp-to-Perm
Hours: 8:45 am – 3:45 pm, Monday to Friday
Pay: £90 - £100 per day

About the Role:

Support students aged 3-19 with personalised learning plans.
Assist in delivering structured learning activities.
Encourage independence, communication, and emotional regulation.
Provide behaviour management and pastoral care.

Passion for SEND education.
Experience in education or care (preferred).
Strong communication skills and patience.
