Job Details:

• Start Date: January 2026 
• Contract Type: Full Time, Temporary to Permanent
• Hours: 8:30 am – 3:30 pm (Monday to Friday)
• Pay: £90 - £100 per day (based on experience)

A Learning Coach has the following responsibilities:

• Provide academic support and assist with assignments.
• Help students develop study skills, time management, and organisation.
• Offer emotional support and encourage positive behaviour.
• Work with teachers to implement personalised learning plans.
• Track student progress and provide feedback.
• Foster independence and self-confidence in students.
• Assist in managing behavioural challenges and promoting self-regulation.

What We’re Looking For:

• Passion for supporting young people with SEN
• Education or care experience (preferred but not essential)
• Strong communication skills, patience, and resilience
• Ability to build rapport and trust with students
• Proactive approach to supporting student development
• Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive environment
