SEN & Reintegration Tutor – Radcliffe (M26)

Rebuild confidence. Restore routine. Reignite learning.

TP Tutors is looking for caring and adaptable SEN & Reintegration Tutors to support pupils in Radcliffe (M26) who are currently out of mainstream education and need help transitioning back into school.

Your role will focus on providing consistent, one-to-one support to learners with additional needs — including those with autism, ADHD, anxiety, or social and emotional challenges. You’ll combine academic tuition with mentoring to help pupils rebuild trust, establish structure, and regain a positive relationship with education.

Sessions are delivered face-to-face in the pupil’s home or at a local community setting. You’ll plan flexible, individualised lessons that balance learning goals with emotional support, helping each young person move forward at their own pace.

We’re looking for:

  • Experience supporting pupils with SEN, SEMH, or behavioural needs

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a nurturing approach

  • The ability to adapt teaching to suit individual learners

  • A current Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)

In return, TP Tutors offers:

  • £25–£30 per hour depending on experience

  • Flexible weekday hours (school term time)

  • Weekly PAYE pay – no umbrella deductions

  • Ongoing consultant support and CPD opportunities

If you’re passionate about helping pupils in Radcliffe (M26) reintegrate into education and rebuild confidence, apply today and make a difference with TP Tutors.
