About the Role
We are currently recruiting dedicated and compassionate individuals to work within a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools across GL14 and other areas of Gloucestershire.
We have both temporary and permanent opportunities available, offering flexibility and long-term career progression for the right candidates.
Who We’re Looking For
We welcome applicants from a wide variety of backgrounds. Experience working with children or vulnerable individuals is beneficial, but not essential. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in:
- Psychology (graduates or experienced practitioners)
- Education / Teaching / Support roles
- Youth Work or Social Care
- Police, Military, or Security backgrounds
- Behavioural or Mental Health support
- Care work or residential support

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting students with additional needs in a classroom setting
- Assisting with learning activities and emotional regulation
- Building positive relationships with students and staff
- Promoting a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment
- Supporting behavioural and communication needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
