Are you passionate about supporting students with special educational needs? Teaching Personnel is looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our partner schools in Taunton, Somerset!

Role Overview:

Support students with diverse needs in an inclusive, supportive environment. Full preparation and support, including a meet-and-greet and trial day, will be provided.

Areas of Support:

• Primary & Secondary Support
• PMLD
• SEMH
• Complex Needs & ASD

Details:

• Start Date: ASAP – Flexible openings
• Contract: Full-time, Temp-to-Perm
• Pay: £85-£95 per day (dependent on experience)
• Employer: Teaching Personnel

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized support for students with SEN
• Collaborate with teachers on personalized learning plans
• Foster a safe, positive environment for growth

What We’re Looking For:

• Passion for working with SEN students
• Previous experience preferred but not essential
• Communication skills and patience
