A central Warrington secondary school is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to start in January 2024.

The successful candidate will provide classroom assistance to students requiring support, especially those with special educational needs such as Autism or Moderate Learning Difficulties. Experience in a secondary school or educational setting is preferred but not essential.

Key Points:

  • Full-time position starting January 2024
  • Pay rates: £400 - £450 per week
  • Work closely with a supportive SEN department
  • Support students with specific needs based on their educational health care plans
  • Previous experience with moderate learning difficulties, autism, ADHD, dyslexia, or social emotional behavior support is highly desirable.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
