Contract: Fixed term until the end of the 2027 academic year

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to support a child entering Year 2 with ADHD and behavioural needs.

This rewarding role will involve supporting the child within the classroom, while also providing regular opportunities throughout the day for brain breaks, emotional regulation, and activities that promote positive relationships, social skills, and emotional development. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to ensure the child is fully supported both academically and emotionally.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) – this is essential.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a real difference to a child's educational journey and helping them to thrive both inside and outside the classroom.
