SEN Teaching Assistant – West London
Location: West London (Ealing, Hounslow, Hillingdon)
Pay: £95 – £110 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Full-time / Long-term opportunities available

We are currently recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to work in specialist schools across West London supporting pupils with Autism (ASC), ADHD, and Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH).
This is a highly rewarding role where you will support students in developing confidence, independence and communication skills.
The Role
- Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups
- Assisting teachers with classroom activities
- Supporting students with behaviour and emotional regulation
- Encouraging participation and engagement in lessons
- Creating a safe and positive learning environment
We Are Looking For Candidates With Experience In
- Schools or nurseries
- Youth work
- Sports coaching
- Care or support work
- Healthcare
- Working with children or young people
Graduates in Psychology, Education or Child Development are also encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- Experience working with children or vulnerable individuals
- Positive, patient and resilient attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
