Experienced SEN Teaching Assistant – Full-Time | Norwich

We’re looking for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team and provide dedicated support within SEMH school settings across Norwich.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and resilient TA who is committed to helping young people overcome barriers to learning and thrive in an educational environment.

Hours: Full-time
Start: Immediate
Setting: SEMH / Special Educational Needs

What we’re looking for:

✅ Previous experience supporting children or young people with SEN/SEMH needs
✅ A positive, patient and resilient approach
✅ Strong communication and behaviour-support skills
✅ A genuine passion for making a difference
Full UK driving licence – essential
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service – highly desirable to help fast-track your application
