  • Support young people with communication and interaction difficulties, anxiety, and additional learning needs
  • Build trusting relationships and provide consistent emotional and educational support
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and pastoral staff to create a safe and encouraging learning environment
  • Encourage independence, self-esteem, and positive behaviour

This role would suit someone patient, adaptable, and genuinely passionate about helping young people overcome barriers to education.

  • A valid UK driving licence – ESSENTIAL
  • An Enhanced Child-Only DBS on the Update Service
  • Transferable experience working with children, young people, or vulnerable individuals
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A calm, resilient, and positive attitude

Experience in SEN education, youth work, mentoring, care, support work, coaching, or therapeutic settings would be highly beneficial.
