Our beautiful independent SEN school is looking for dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our team. We provide high-quality education across mainstream settings for primary and secondary ages, creating an inclusive environment where every pupil can thrive.

This opportunity is set in Quidenham, so a full and valid driving licence is a non-negotiable factor!

What You’ll Do:

• Support pupils with a range of additional needs in the classroom and across the school.
• Assist teachers in delivering tailored learning and care programmes.
• Encourage independence, positive behaviour, and social development.
• Help create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all students.

What We’re Looking For:

• Full driving licence – essential due to our rural location.
• Child Only Enhanced DBS on the update service – this will fast-track your application.
• Experience in SEN or supporting children with additional needs is highly desirable.
• Patience, empathy, and a flexible, team-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
