Teaching Personnel are actively recruiting for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistants for a SEN school in Greater Manchester. We are looking for a candidate who is innovative and passionate about supporting young learners with Special Educational Needs.
Are you experienced in working with a wide range of SEN in a classroom environment and in small groups/ 1:1. Do you have the knowledge to provide tailored academic and emotional support to students while creating a safe environment that allows children and students to develop and thrive.
Skills
* Experience and passion for working with SEN children.
* Have both patience and empathy with a genuine passion for supporting the educational needs of students with a range of SEN.
* Have a DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one.
* Excellent communication skills for building relationships with students, staff, and parents.
* Encourage positive attitudes and provide an inclusive environment that promotes student well-being.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
