The successful candidate will have:

✅ Previous experience working within an SEN school or supporting children with additional needs
✅ Experience providing personal care – MUST HAVE
✅ A patient, compassionate and nurturing approach
✅ Confidence supporting pupils with their day-to-day needs and wellbeing
✅ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✅ A genuine passion for making a positive difference
✅ Full UK driving licence – essential
✅ Enhanced DBS on the Update Service – highly desirable to help fast-track your application
