We're recruiting for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) / Cover Supervisor to join a fantastic SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health) school on a full-time basis.

This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced education professional looking for a rewarding role supporting young people with additional needs.

The Role

  • Full-time position
  • September 2026 start (with an immediate start available)
  • Deliver pre-planned lessons and provide classroom cover
  • Support teaching and learning across the school
  • Build positive relationships with pupils with SEMH needs
  • Work as part of a dedicated and supportive team

Essential Criteria

✅ Previous experience working within an SEMH setting
✅ HLTA qualification, Cover Supervisor experience, or equivalent level of classroom responsibility
✅ Confident supporting teaching and delivering lessons when required
Full UK driving licence (essential)
