SEN Support Assistants – Full Time

Specialist Schools across Surbiton and Kingston Upon Thames

Are you ready to take the next step in your education career?

We are partnering with several welcoming and well-resourced specialist schools in Surbiton and Kingston Upon Thames who are expanding their support teams.

These are full-time positions (Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 15:30) and offer an excellent opportunity to transition from mainstream primary into a specialist SEN environment.

Whether you are:

  • An experienced Teaching Assistant in a mainstream setting
  • A graduate in Psychology looking to gain hands-on SEN experience
  • Someone considering a long-term career in education, therapy or child development

This could be the perfect move for you!

We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience with:

  • 1:1 pupil support in primary schools
  • Supporting children with EHCPs
  • Working alongside SENCOs and external therapists
  • Delivering targeted interventions
  • Behaviour management and positive reinforcement strategies

Specialist schools offer smaller class sizes, structured support systems, and the opportunity to make a measurable difference every single day.

If you are passionate about supporting children with additional needs and want to develop your expertise in a nurturing specialist setting, we would love to hear from you.
