SEN Support Assistants – Full Time
Specialist Schools across Surbiton and Kingston Upon Thames

We are partnering with several welcoming and well-resourced specialist schools in Surbiton and Kingston Upon Thames who are expanding their support teams.
These are full-time positions (Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 15:30) and offer an excellent opportunity to transition from mainstream primary into a specialist SEN environment.
Whether you are:
- An experienced Teaching Assistant in a mainstream setting
- A graduate in Psychology looking to gain hands-on SEN experience
- Someone considering a long-term career in education, therapy or child development
This could be the perfect move for you!
We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience with:
- 1:1 pupil support in primary schools
- Supporting children with EHCPs
- Working alongside SENCOs and external therapists
- Delivering targeted interventions
- Behaviour management and positive reinforcement strategies

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
