We’re Hiring: SEN Teaching Assistants & SEN Support Worker

Kensington and Chelsea
Full-time | 8:30am - 4:00pm
Start: Immediate / Flexible

One of our welcoming partner schools in Kensington and Cheslea Borogh is looking for dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants and SEN Support Worker to join their supportive team. The school provides a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment where pupils can develop independence, confidence, and essential life skills.

✨ The Role:
✔️ Support pupils with learning, wellbeing, and personal development
✔️ Encourage independence, social skills, and confidence
✔️ Work closely with teachers, therapists, and families
✔️ Be part of a caring, inclusive SEN setting

Who Can Apply?
We’re looking for passionate individuals - experience is helpful but not essential.

Desirable (not essential):
• Experience in education, care, or SEN
• Knowledge of autism
• Full UK driving licence
• Enhanced DBS (Child Workforce)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
