SEN Teaching Assistant – Ipswich!

Are you a passionate and dedicated individual looking to make a real difference in children’s lives? We are urgently seeking an enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our supportive and dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEN
  • Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities
  • Support students’ emotional, social, and behavioural development
  • Help create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
  • Monitor and report on student progress

Requirements:

  • A valid driving licence (essential)
  • Enhanced Child-Only DBS on the Update Service (required to fast-track compliance)
  • Previous experience working with children or individuals with SEN is highly desirable
  • A patient, caring, and adaptable approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
