If you have experience of working with children in any capacity such as play area, a toy shop, worked as a nanny or are you just a parent? These are all skills that could make you a brilliant teaching assistant! There are many SEN requirements within schools that need supporting.
This is a great opportunity to start a fulfilling career and with a beautiful school in Haywards Heath that are looking to recruit a full-time reception Teaching assistant to work within their classroom and support the children with SEN requirements such as ASC, ADHD. This position is monday-Fridays full-time, within term time only. Teaching Personnel recruit for the school and complete all vetting checks, assist your application and the school are looking to take the right educator on to contract after a period of review. The start date is ASAP so a child only enhanced DBS on the update service is preferred.
Requirements:
- Be motivated to work with children.
- GCSE’s in Maths and English.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- A DBS on the update system (we can help you apply for this).
- Preferred but not essential, experience working within the education system.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
