Requirements
• Experience working as an ASC TA in Haywards Heath or providing SEN support in a school setting
• A calm, patient and resilient approach to SEN support
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• An Enhanced Child-Only DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one
• A good understanding of safeguarding and inclusive education
