SEN Teaching Assistant – Immediate Start

What we’re looking for:

• Some prior experience working with children or young people with SEN
• A patient, caring, and proactive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• An Enhanced Child Only DBS on the Update Service (highly desirable to fast-track your application)

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting students on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
• Assisting the class teacher with tailored learning activities
• Encouraging engagement, confidence, and independence
• Helping manage behaviour in a positive and supportive way

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
