Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant looking for your next rewarding role this September? We are working with welcoming specialist SEN schools across the Godalming area that are looking for caring, committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join their teams.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a genuine difference, supporting children and young people with a range of additional needs in a specialist educational setting.
The Role:

Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with a variety of special educational needs.

Support students with Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs, and other complex learning difficulties.

Encourage independence, confidence, communication and positive behaviour.

Work closely with teachers, therapists and the wider SEN team to support pupils' individual learning goals.

Help create a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment where every child can succeed.
What We're Looking For:
-
Previous experience working within an SEN school is essential.
-
A calm, patient and resilient approach.
-
Confidence supporting children with a range of additional needs.
-
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
-
Team Teach training is desirable but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
