About the Role
Teaching Personnel are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Doncaster. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and helping them reach their full potential in a supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with Special Educational Needs.

  • Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities.

  • Support pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs.

  • Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.

  • Monitor and report on pupil progress and wellbeing.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Experience working with children with SEN (in school or similar setting).

  • A patient, nurturing, and supportive approach.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development.

  • Relevant qualifications or training in education or SEN (desirable but not essential).
