Location: Cleethorpes & surrounding areas
Roles Available: Day‑to‑Day Supply | Short‑Term | Long‑Term
Pay: £90–£110 per day (dependent on experience and role)

Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant or passionate about supporting children with special educational needs in Cleethorpes?
We are recruiting dedicated, patient, and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to join our education supply agency, supporting pupils across primary and secondary schools, including specialist and alternative provision settings.

The Role:

  • Supporting pupils with SEND, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties
  • Working 1:1 or with small groups
  • Assisting teachers with differentiated learning activities
  • Supporting pupils with emotional, behavioural, or additional learning needs
  • Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Experience supporting children or young people with SEND (school or care setting)
  • A calm, patient, and resilient approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • SEN or TA qualifications desirable but not essential
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
