Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join one of our lovely mainstream primary schools in Ferndown.

This is a full-time opportunity supporting a child in Year 3, helping them access learning, develop confidence and reach their full potential within a mainstream classroom setting.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Has a genuine passion for working with children.
• Is patient, nurturing and understanding.
• Has a positive, flexible and proactive approach.
• Is confident building relationships with pupils and staff.
• Has experience supporting children with additional needs (desirable but not essential).
