SEN Teaching Assistants – Join Our Supply Agency (Boston)
Location: Boston & surrounding areas
Roles Available: Day‑to‑Day Supply | Short‑Term | Long‑Term
Pay: £90–£115 per day (dependent on experience and role)
Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant or passionate about supporting children with special educational needs in Boston?
We are recruiting dedicated, patient, and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to join our education supply agency, working across primary and secondary schools, as well as specialist and alternative provision settings throughout Boston and the wider Lincolnshire area.

The Role:
- Supporting pupils with SEND, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties
- Working 1:1 or with small groups of pupils
- Assisting teachers with differentiated learning activities
- Supporting pupils with emotional, behavioural, or additional learning needs
- Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
Who We’re Looking For:
- Experience supporting children or young people with SEND (school, care, or support setting)
- A calm, patient, and resilient approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- SEN or Teaching Assistant qualifications desirable but not essential
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
