SEN Teaching Assistant – EYFS (ADHD Support) | Blackpool (FY3) | January 2026 Start

Are you a compassionate and experienced Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting children with additional needs? Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support a child in EYFS with ADHD at a welcoming primary school in Blackpool (FY3).
The Role:
- 1:1 support for a child in the Early Years Foundation Stage with ADHD
- Assisting with learning, emotional regulation, and social development
- Providing personal care as required
- Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored strategies
- Creating a nurturing and inclusive environment
Requirements:
- Experience working in a school setting (essential)
- Understanding of ADHD and strategies to support attention and behaviour
- Comfortable with providing personal care
- A patient, proactive, and empathetic approach
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
