SEN Teaching Assistant (Full-Time)

We are currently recruiting a Full-Time SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Special Educational Needs in a welcoming and supportive school environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience working with children, whether in education, care, youth work, coaching, or support work.
Your Role:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN
- Assist students with their learning, development, and wellbeing
- Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Support students with communication, behavioural, emotional, or additional learning needs
- Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to help pupils reach their full potential
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience supporting children or young people
- SEN experience is beneficial but not essential
- Patient, caring, and positive attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
- Full-time availability

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
