SEN Teaching Assistant – Enfield (Primary)

Full-Time | Immediate or ASAP Start | Inclusive Primary School

Are you passionate about supporting children with additional needs?
A warm, nurturing primary school in Enfield is seeking a caring SEN Teaching Assistant to join their growing inclusion team.

Your Role:

You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to support pupils with a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD, speech & language delays and emotional/behavioural challenges. This role is perfect for someone who is patient, proactive and truly enjoys making a difference.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Genuine passion for supporting SEND pupils

  • Ability to build trust and positive relationships

  • Creativity in adapting activities and learning tasks

  • Strong communication skills

  • Experience in SEN (desirable but not essential)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
