About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with diverse needs at partner schools in Crediton. These schools provide inclusive, high-quality education to children with a range of additional needs, including PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities), SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health), ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder), and more. Your role will be vital in helping students feel supported, understood, and empowered to reach their potential.

Your Responsibilities:
- Offer personalized support to students with special educational needs, helping them engage and learn effectively.
- Work closely with teachers to implement and follow individualized learning plans.
- Create a safe and nurturing space for students to develop both emotionally and socially.
- Adapt activities and resources to meet each child’s unique learning style.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to address each student’s holistic needs.

- Experience in education or care is a plus but not essential – if you’re eager to learn, we want to hear from you!
- Strong communication, patience, and resilience.
