Are you an experienced and passionate SEN Primary Teacher looking for a rewarding new role? We are currently recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Slough that is seeking a dedicated SEN teacher to join their specialist resource base supporting pupils with high and complex needs across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.

About the Role:

As the SEN Primary Teacher, you will be working full-time, Monday to Friday, in a resource base setting supporting children with a range of complex needs including ASD, communication difficulties, sensory needs, and social-emotional challenges. The role will involve planning and delivering differentiated lessons, supporting EHCP targets, and working closely with a skilled team of TAs and therapists.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach across KS1 and KS2 within a specialist provision

• Plan and deliver tailored lessons that meet the individual needs of each child

• Work closely with a multi-disciplinary team including SENCO, speech and language therapists, and support staff

• Monitor, assess, and report on pupil progress in line with EHCP outcomes

• Create a nurturing, safe, and inclusive learning environment

About You:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential

• Proven experience working with SEN pupils, particularly those with high and complex needs

• Strong behaviour management and a nurturing approach

• Passionate about making a difference in the lives of vulnerable learners

• Team player with a flexible and resilient attitude
