SEN Teacher

Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for a dedicated and experienced SEN Teacher to join a supportive and well-resourced setting. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator to support students with special educational needs at GCSE level, helping them reach their full academic potential.

The Role:

• Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to students with SEN at GCSE level
• Adapt teaching methods to meet a variety of learning needs
• Plan, assess, and monitor student progress in line with curriculum expectations
• Work closely with support staff and SEN professionals
• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and structured learning environment

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Proven experience teaching students with Special Educational Needs
• Experience delivering GCSE-level curriculum
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• A patient, resilient, and adaptable approach
