SEN Teacher
Job description
Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for a dedicated and experienced SEN Teacher to join a supportive and well-resourced setting. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator to support students with special educational needs at GCSE level, helping them reach their full academic potential.
The Role:
- Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to students with SEN at GCSE level
- Adapt teaching methods to meet a variety of learning needs
- Plan, assess, and monitor student progress in line with curriculum expectations
- Work closely with support staff and SEN professionals
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and structured learning environment
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Proven experience teaching students with Special Educational Needs
- Experience delivering GCSE-level curriculum
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- A patient, resilient, and adaptable approach

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
