SEN Teacher – Leatherhead, Surrey | Inspiring Opportunity

The Role

Teaching small classes with additional adult support

Delivering creative and differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs

Supporting pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development

Working closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and SEN specialists

Creating a positive, structured classroom environment where pupils feel safe and supported
What We’re Looking For
-
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
-
Experience working with SEN pupils (in mainstream or specialist settings)
-
A patient, flexible, and nurturing approach
-
Strong classroom management and relationship-building skills
-
A genuine passion for inclusive education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
