SEN Teacher – Leatherhead, Surrey | Inspiring Opportunity

Are you a passionate SEN Teacher looking for a rewarding role where you can truly make a difference?

A welcoming and well-supported specialist setting in Leatherhead is seeking a dedicated teacher to work with pupils who have a range of Special Educational Needs, including autism, ADHD, and moderate learning difficulties. The Role

  • Teaching small classes with additional adult support

  • Delivering creative and differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs

  • Supporting pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development

  • Working closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and SEN specialists

  • Creating a positive, structured classroom environment where pupils feel safe and supported

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

  • Experience working with SEN pupils (in mainstream or specialist settings)

  • A patient, flexible, and nurturing approach

  • Strong classroom management and relationship-building skills

  • A genuine passion for inclusive education
