SEN Class Teacher – Guildford | September 2026 Start
Full-Time | Permanent | Fringe Pay Scale + £1000 Joining Incentive

A specialist education setting in Guildford is seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Class Teacher to join their outstanding team from September 2026.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a values-driven teacher looking to make a genuine impact in a highly supportive and well-established specialist provision supporting children and young people aged 3–19 with Autism, communication and interaction needs, and severe learning difficulties.

The successful candidate will:

  • Deliver structured, personalised learning programmes

  • Create engaging and neuro-affirming classroom environments

  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to support pupil progress

  • Contribute to curriculum development and outstanding classroom practice

  • Support pupils with communication, regulation and engagement needs

We are looking for teachers who:

  • Hold QTS (Primary or Secondary)

  • Have experience working within SEN settings or a strong interest in specialist education

  • Are reflective, resilient and committed to inclusive practice

  • Have high expectations for all learners

  • Thrive within collaborative and supportive teams

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
