This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking specialist secondary setting supporting young people aged 11–18 with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs), autism and additional learning needs.

The Role
We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher with QTS to deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs.

Plan and deliver a creative, inclusive curriculum

Support pupils with SEMH and complex needs
-
Monitor progress across academic and personal development
-
Foster a positive, safe and engaging learning environment
-
Work closely with teaching assistants and wider staff
What We’re Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
-
Experience or strong understanding of SEN (SEMH, ASC, complex needs)
-
Resilient, patient and adaptable approach
-
Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills
-
A team player with a passion for inclusive education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
