Hours: 8:30am – 4:00pm, Term Time Only (Full-Time) TERM TIME ONLY

We are working with a specialist school supporting pupils aged 5–18 with various complex needs needs, many of whom also have diagnoses such as ASD, ADHD, FASD, anxiety, and a range of communication or learning needs.
The Role
As an SEN Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in creating positive learning experiences that help pupils build confidence, resilience, and a love of learning. Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and delivering creative, engaging lessons
- Working collaboratively with colleagues, families and external professionals
- Monitoring progress and providing clear, meaningful feedback
- Using a range of strategies and resources to support diverse learning needs
- Creating a safe, nurturing and inspiring classroom environment
- Promoting positive behaviour in line with school policies
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Proven teaching experience
- Strong understanding of the National Curriculum
- The ability to differentiate effectively to meet individual needs
- A compassionate, resilient and enthusiastic approach

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
