Job description

SEN Primary Teacher – Part Time (3 Days) | East Molesey

A welcoming mainstream primary school in East Molesey is looking for an experienced SEN Primary Teacher to lead a small class of 6 pupils with Special Educational Needs, aged between Year 1 and Year 6.

Role Details

  • 3 days per week (flexible): Monday–Tuesday–Wednesday or Monday–Wednesday–Friday

  • Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm

  • Small class size: 6 pupils with mixed ages and needs

  • Setting: Mainstream primary school with a dedicated SEN provision

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching, planning and preparing lessons, adapting learning to meet a range of needs, and creating a supportive and engaging classroom environment for pupils across different primary year groups.

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Previous SEN experience is essential

  • Ability to plan and deliver differentiated lessons for mixed-age learners

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
