SEN Primary Teacher – Truro / Falmouth Area
Full-Time | Planning & Marking Included | Immediate / Post‑Easter Start

Teaching Personnel are working closely with a specialist provision in the Truro / Falmouth area, who are seeking a dedicated and motivated SEN Primary Teacher to join their team. This is a full‑time position with planning and marking included, offering stability and fulfilment for the rest of the academic year.

About the Role
You will be teaching a small group of primary-aged pupils with a range of SEN needs, including:
- Autism (ASC)
- Communication and interaction needs
- Social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) challenges
- Cognitive learning differences
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering tailored learning based on the set curriculum
- Creating a calm, structured, and positive classroom environment
- Working closely with a highly supportive team of TAs and SEN specialists
- Using creative approaches to engage pupils and build confidence
- Tracking progress and adapting plans to suit individual needs
This is a highly collaborative provision where you will never be working alone — the class benefits from excellent staffing ratios and strong leadership.

You’ll be a fantastic fit if you are:
- A qualified teacher (QTS required)
- Experienced in SEN or confident adapting your practice to meet additional needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
