Fantastic SEN Learning Mentor Opportunity – Full-Time in Exeter

Salary: £90.00 - £95.00 per day

Are you passionate about supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and creating an inclusive learning atmosphere? We are looking for a dedicated SEN Learning Mentor to join our partner school in Exeter. This full-time role offers the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate.

Essential Requirements:

A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle (required for travel).
GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent).
Availability for at least 6 months.
A strong desire to help SEN students reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide individualized support to SEN students, both one-on-one and in groups, to aid their academic, social, and emotional development.
Work collaboratively with teachers and SEN coordinators to design and implement tailored learning plans.
Support students with behaviour management, confidence-building, and interpersonal skills.
Maintain a structured, safe, and nurturing classroom environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
