This is an excellent opportunity to work with pupils who have a range of Special Educational Needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, Speech and Language Difficulties, SEMH needs, and complex learning needs.

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Contract Type: Full-time
Start Date: Monday 2nd November or ASAP
The Role
As an SEN Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment.
- Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and EHCP targets.
- Work closely with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs, parents, and external agencies.
- Monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
- Promote pupils' academic, social, emotional, and personal development.
- Support the development of communication, independence, and life skills.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs.
- A strong understanding of EHCPs and differentiated learning approaches.
- Excellent classroom management and behaviour support skills.
- A patient, empathetic, and flexible approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
