Salary Range: £90 - £130 per day (DOE)

We are recruiting for a dedicated SEMH Teaching Assistant to join a specialist Secondary Alternative Provision school in High Wycombe. This rewarding role involves supporting students with additional needs and challenging behaviours, helping them build confidence, re-engage with learning, and achieve positive outcomes.
About the Role
- Provide 1:1 and small-group SEN support
- Help manage behaviour and emotional regulation
- Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons
- Create a safe, positive, and inclusive environment
- Build strong relationships with students and staff
What We’re Looking For
- Previous SEN or behavioural support experience
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Patient, proactive, and resilient attitude
- Full UK driving licence & own vehicle required

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
