✅ What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

• Subject specialism in English,

• Experience teaching KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable)

• Strong classroom management and communication skills

• Commitment to raising achievement and creating inclusive learning environments
