Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting qualified secondary teachers to work across a variety of schools in Swansea. These roles offer flexible working patterns, making them ideal for teachers seeking better work-life balance, varied experience, or a return to the classroom.

We are looking for general cover teachers, although subject specialisms are highly desirable and will be matched where possible.


The Role

  • Deliver engaging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
  • Provide general classroom cover or teach within your subject specialism
  • Adapt quickly to different school environments
  • Maintain a positive and productive learning atmosphere

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Enhanced DBS (Child Workforce only) registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Education Workforce Council (EWC) registration
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Flexibility and a proactive attitude
