Location: Swansea & West Wales

Pay: £172.98 per day

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 15:30 (No weekend work!)

About the role

Teaching personnel are currently recruiting for a hard-working dedicated Secondary Teacher to support a multitude of schools in the Swansea & West Wales area. This is a fantastic opportunity to pick up some flexible work, build experience, and become part of a highly supportive network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons across Key Stages 3 & 4 within your specialist subject or through general classroom cover
  • Support pupils academic progress, engagement, and wellbeing
  • Adapt confidently to new school environments, teaching styles, and pupil needs
  • Follow school behaviour and safeguarding policies

What we’re looking for

  • Strong subject knowledge in your specialist subject and the ability to deliver general cover
  • Effective classroom management and positive teaching approach
  • A commitment to safeguarding and pupil well-being
  • Enhanced DBS check
  • EWC registration
  • PGEC (Post Graduate Certificate of Education) – desired not required
  • Any other teaching qualifications that would be relevant are desired but not requried
