The Role

As a Secondary Supply Teacher, you will:

• Deliver high-quality lessons across your specialist subject

• Step confidently into pre-planned lessons or prepare engaging content where required

• Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies

• Support pupils of varying abilities and learning needs

• Provide constructive feedback and maintain accurate records when necessary

• Uphold safeguarding and professional standards at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification

• Experience teaching in a UK secondary school setting

• Strong communication and behaviour management skills

• A proactive and flexible approach

• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)

• Full UK driving licence (desirable due to rural school locations)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
